THE  SCHOOL  JUSTICE  PROJECT

SJP’s purpose is to protect and enforce the special education rights of older court-involved male youth. We will represent those students most deeply entrenched in the juvenile justice system, enforcing the education rights they are consistently denied so they can obtain quality education and transition services. By ensuring access to justice, we will obtain positive outcomes for clients, dismantle systemic barriers, and force systems to address the unmet needs of this student population.
